These terms and conditions determine the conditions of use of the website www.ebvallo-ebv.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") which you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") accept by the mere fact of consulting this site.  
If the User does not accept them, PFM asks him/her to leave the Site.  
If the User is a minor, he/she agrees to visit the Site only in the presence of his/her parents or guardians who have previously accepted these terms and conditions.  
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice. They are governed and interpreted according to French law. 
 

II - GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE 

 

The Site, which can be consulted at the following address: http:// www.ebvallo-ebv.com is offered under certain conditions, which the User undertakes to know and respect.  
Except with express authorization, the use and consultation of the Site is limited to personal and non-commercial purposes. In general, the User is prohibited from using all or part of the Site for illicit purposes (copyright) or contrary to these conditions of use. 
By consulting the Site, the User agrees to respect the conditions of use as they are displayed at the date of consultation of the Site.  

 

PURPOSE OF THE SITE 

The Site was created to provide the User with information for health education purposes (practical information sheets, brochures, videos, etc.) and to provide information on the product EBVALLO® (therapeutic indications, mechanisms of action, etc.) intended exclusively for health professionals. 
The Site does not constitute a contractual offer. This Site provides non-contractual information but without any desire to make a direct offer to purchase a product or service. 
Insofar as the updating of this Site is carried out taking into account all the activities, it could happen that certain new information or announcements are no longer valid at the time of their diffusion or that they are simply outdated. PFM cannot guarantee, although it makes every effort to do so, that all information or news published on this Site is up to date. 

 

REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL DATA 

In order to access the Site, the user must certify that he/she belongs to the category of health professionals. To do so, the user must check the "I am a health professional" option. No registration is required on the Site to view its content. PFM will not at any time require the User to communicate personal data.  
No personal data is collected without your knowledge. PFM may sometimes collect anonymous data, such as data concerning searches that are performed. This data is used only for statistical purposes. 
However, you may sometimes be asked to communicate personal information. Such information may not be transmitted to any third party without your prior authorization. 
As provided for in the French statute of January 6, 1978 concerning information technology and data protection, you also have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you by contacting the Editor of the site.

As the Internet is an open network, PFM cannot guarantee that this data will not be diverted by a third party. 

 

USE OF ADVICE PROVIDED ON THE SITE 

Computer applications containing downloadable files and advice on Pierre Fabre product presentation are made available to the User within the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Applications"). 
PFM shall not be liable for any consequences, direct or indirect, and/or any damages resulting from the malfunction or hacking of the Applications. 
PFM does not assume an obligation of result but of means with respect to the advice that will be delivered to the User on the Site. 
PFM makes no warranties, express or implied, and assumes no liability in connection with the use of such advice and recommended products. These are given solely as an indication and are left to the discretion of the health professional. 
The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of this information is done under his/her sole and complete responsibility, control and direction.

PFM endeavors to maintain its pages accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, but is not bound by any obligation to do so. PFM also reserves the right at any time, without notice, to modify, suspend or even discontinue all or part of the Site, and in particular links to other sites. Applicable Law and Competent Courts 


The present General Conditions of Use are governed and interpreted according to French law.
